Stanfordpoly’s History

The idea of Polytechnic education was actually conceived and birthed by the founder and proprietor of Stanford Polytechnic in the Year 2004 at the largest Polytechnic in Nigeria- The Polytechnic Ibadan, Oyo state when he was nominated as the NABUSS ACADEMIC DIRECTOR by the department’s leaders and caucus of his party then. The nomination was against his wish has his mind was fixed on securing the Financial Secretary’s position as at that time.

After his Polytechnic days young Olalekan Emmanuel moved to Lagos State and then continued his academic quest for excellence at the Lagos State University (LASU) Badagry Campus where he tutored the likes of Aare Ona kakanfo of Yoruba land (Dr) Gani Adams abiodun who was studying Polical Science at that time, a few Comptroller – General of customs and immigrations officers of Nigeria
There after, the birth of another academic household name D’emerol Academy was witnessed, embraced and prospered. D’emarol Academy was initially set up to oversee nursery, primary, secondary and higher institutions affiliations both in Nigeria and overseas

Olalekan Emmanuel is a selfless man who detests seeing people fail in their academic pursuits, this among other reasons made him turn his school hostel to tutorial Centre and I think that move alone gave the then NABUSS president’s SANNI SAKIRU A.K.A S square (of blessed memory) the reason to personally nominate him as the department’s Academic Director.

D’emarol Academy is a subsidiary of D’emarol International Ltd, a registered company with the corporate affairs commission of Nigeria (CAC) D’emarol Academy birthed our first and second set of National Diploma and Higher National Diploma graduands.
However the Vision begins to appear clearer and convincing as the days go by and the need for a full Polytechnic project started knocking on our door and we welcome her with open arms and the rest is history
Though, the history of Stamford Polytechnic will never end as we shall by the grace of God almighty create more history to the glory of his name and for the benefits of mankind.
